The Crystal lights radiates a colour to the respective chakras in certain frequencies and rhythms to harmonize and balance your energies. 

As the colour relating to each chakra is transmitted through the Crystal frequency the chakra is cleansed, energized and brought into balance with all of the other chakras. This allows the other aspects of our self, whether it be mental, emotional or physical to be brought into balance.

By having a crystal light bed session you are in fact having a crystal bath!  In other words you are bathing and cleansing your chakras in colour and crystal healing energy. Each Crystal is made up of the colour of your respective chakras and are set on a special vibrational frequency to clean and balance your chakras. If your chakras aren’t in balance it will cause an illness in your body it’s also a great preventative modality and helps you balance your mind body soul and spirit. 

I have created this along with many affirmations. There are 7 different Vogel Light panels with 20-25 frequencies within each panel.  Whatever comes up red or blue is basically what is beneficial to be harmonized at this time for you.  Each frequency was created with the imprinting test plate holding it to the Vogel crystal lights as each one was programmed into the Genius.
