According to an article by Bette Runck of the National Institute of Mental Health, Biofeedback “is a treatment technique in which people are trained to improve their health by using signals from their own body’s.”

Quantum Biofeedback blends traditional biofeedback with readily accepted Energy Medicine principles, Biofeedback can monitor the body’s natural bodily functions; EEG, EKG, Galvanic Skin Response (GSR). In 1952, Jean Niboyet established that acupuncture points have a lower skin resistance than points elsewhere on the body.
